1. How long does shipping take?

USA, UK, Canada, Australia: 7–12 business days
Europe: 7–15 business days
You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.


2. Where do you ship from?

We work with trusted global suppliers, so your order may ship from the fastest available warehouse.


3. I just placed an order, can I change it?

If you made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible at support@yourstore.com.
If the order has not shipped yet, we can fix it.


4. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking can take 24–72 hours to update.


5. What if I don’t receive my order?

We offer a 100% refund or replacement if your item does not arrive.


6. Do you accept returns?

Yes! You have 14 days after receiving your item.
The item must be unused and in original packaging.
