1. Overview

Welcome to PAAK — clean. effortlessly. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to PAAK. We operate this website and online store providing you with home cleaning products and services (the "Services").

By using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all related policies including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree please do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

By using our Services you confirm that:

3. Account Responsibility

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Do not share your password or account access with anyone. PAAK is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Products and Orders

We work hard to display our products as accurately as possible. However as we work with international suppliers minor variations in packaging or color may occasionally occur.

By placing an order you acknowledge:

  • Products ship directly from our USA warehouse
  • Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days for USA orders
  • Items may occasionally arrive in separate packages
  • Orders are an offer to purchase and may be declined at our discretion
  • Once an order is accepted and processing has begun it generally cannot be canceled

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices at checkout do not include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

By completing a purchase you authorize PAAK to charge your payment method for the full order amount including any applicable taxes and shipping fees. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your PAAK product. If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to find the best solution. All returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

7. Product Use and Disclaimer

PAAK products are home cleaning tools intended for household use only. Always read the product instructions before use. Do not use on surfaces that may be damaged by rotating brushes. Results may vary depending on surface type and level of dirt. PAAK products are not intended for industrial or commercial use. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect use of the product.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on PAAK including our logo, product descriptions, images and brand name is owned by PAAK. You may not copy, reproduce or use any of our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Third Party Links and Tools

Our website may contain links to third party websites. We do not endorse these sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Accessing third party links is entirely at your own risk.

10. Shopify Relationship

PAAK is powered by Shopify. All sales are made directly between you and PAAK. Shopify is not a party to any transaction and bears no responsibility for purchases made on our store.

You may not use our Services to:

  • Violate any intellectual property rights
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Upload malware, viruses or harmful code
