Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Due to hygiene reasons, used personal care items cannot be returned.
To start a refund email info@hirashope.com with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method. We do not charge restocking fees. If your item arrived damaged or defective we will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you."
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with:
- Return instructions
- The correct return address
Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at info@hirashope.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used personal care products
- Items not in original condition
- Sale items and gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
Please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.
